The 2024 VSB Summer Learning Program 

Learning Update Reports

  • Elementary (K-7) Program: 
    • The Learning Update reports are distributed to students on the final day of class - Friday, July 19, 2024.
      • Any unclaimed reports for VSB students will be sent to their home school in September.
      • Any unclaimed reports for Non-VSB students, will be mailed home (beginning July 22, 2024


  • Secondary Program:
    • The Learning Update reports will be available to students in the following ways:
      • For Gr 8-12 VSB students:
        • Reports will be published and are available through the MyEdBC Student/Family Portal. 
          • Please note that the MyEdBC Student/Family Portal will only be available during the following dates:
            • August 2 to August 9, 2024 
        • We recommend students download a copy of their report card
      • For Grade 7 studentstaking a grade 8 preview or ELL course:
        • Reports will be mailed home during the week of August 5-9, 2024
      • For Non-VSB students:
        • Reports will be mailed to the student's home address listed in MyEdBC during the week of August 5-9, 2024

    • Additional Information for Grade 12 students (2023-24 School Year):

  • John Oliver Secondary – 530 E 41st Ave
  • Prince of Wales Secondary – 2250 Eddington Dr
  • Vancouver Technical Secondary – 2600 E. Broadway
