If you need help resetting your password for Microsoft365 you can use the student self-serve tool https://studentpass.vsb.bc.ca/ 
(note: you need to enter your Provincial Education Number (PEN)and date of birth) – quickest method

Need help finding your PEN? Visit https://kchoice.vsb.bc.ca/penrequest.aspx and have the following information available:

• Student's Legal Last Name
• Student Birthdate
• Parent/Guardian Email Address on File

PENs can also be found on student report cards.

If support is needed at school regarding passwords, students can connect with their classroom teacher, office staff, counsellor, or administrator.
