Plumbing
The Vancouver School Board partners with the Piping Industry College of BC to offer the SkilledTradesBC Youth TRAIN in Trades Plumbing program.
Program Details
This program is taught at the Piping Industry College of BC, on Annacis Island and runs from June to August.
The School Board will cover the cost of tuition. However, students are responsible for purchasing their own learning resources and providing a refundable deposit.
Please note that students must be in grades 10 or 11 to apply for Youth Train in Trades programs. Grade 12 students may apply for Youth Train in Trades only if they can complete their program before they finish grade 12.

Course Contents
Students will apply their knowledge through hands-on learning experience and will study safe work practices, math, science, and an introduction to water pipe and drainage systems.
